We work with fashion forward sites such as NET-A-PORTER and my-wardrobe, and luxury classics such as Saks Fifth Avenue and matches to bring you the most up to the minute clothes, shoes and accessories available to buy online. HOW CAN I BUY ON THE SITE?
At DIA-style, you can find the best of online fashion in one chic destination. Search for your favorite designers by item, size or price. Once you have found something you want to buy, simply click on the link to be re-directed to the retailer site, who will handle your purchase as normal. We always recommend that you read the retailer’s terms and conditions, and if you need any assistance with your purchase the DIA-style team is on hand to answer your questions.
DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO BUY?
Even though you already have a secure account with DIA-style, you may be asked to set up an account or register as a guest on a retailer site before you complete a purchase with them. If you need any assistance in making your purchase, the DIA-style team is on hand to help with any queries. Please email our stylist team at stylist@dia-style.com and we will call you during working hours to answer any questions you might have.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
If you have forgotten the password for your DIA-style account, browse to the Sign In page and click on the 'Forgotten your Username or Password?' link. After completing the steps that follow, a new password will be sent to your email account.
If you have registered to a retailer site in order to make a purchase and have forgotten your password for that site, please follow the guidelines given on that particular site.
CAN I CANCEL, RETURN, EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
For all cancellations, returns and exchanges, please contact the retailer you bought the product from. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the store selling the item. Although DIA-style is not party to the sale, our team is at hand to help you manage your order with the different retailers. Please email our stylist team at stylist@dia-style.com and we will call you during working hours to answer any questions you might have.
HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
We advise you to check the sizing information before you make a purchase. If in doubt, email our stylist team at stylist@dia-style.com and we will call you during working hours.
HOW DO I PAY?
All of our retailer sites operate with the same payment policies as DIA-style. You can pay with all major credit cards, as well as with PayPal.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
All the stores linked with DIA-style ship internationally and more specifically to the Middle East.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping charges will be calculated according to the destination and will be mentioned at the checkout before you complete your purchase.
HOW MUCH TAXES AND DUTIES I HAVE TO PAY?
Taxes and duties depend on the destination and vary by country. The retailer site you are buying from will have the relevant information for your order.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Please refer to the site you have made the purchase from, which should supply full details of how to track your order after purchasing.
